Golfing with T & T!

We played golf last week with our good friends, Tyler & Tara~Brady loves them & luckily they were very patient with him on the course...especially considering he likes to pick up everyone's balls on the green & chuck 'em! :) He's still a little wary of Tyler's goatee, but seems to be warming up to it! In fact, since last week he will randomly bring up "Tubby chin!" (Tubbies is Tyler's nickname)

This one's a little tough to see, but we were waiting on the group ahead of us & Brady decided to take a little walk...it was a par 3 & he darn near made it to the green before I could catch him!

Dinner with the Elliots

We had a really fun dinner over at our friends, The Elliots, a couple weeks ago & as you can see, they have a lot of very fun toys to play with! They have Audrey, whose 3 1/2 yrs old, and twin girls Nora & Mia, 10 months old! Clearly they are busy people, so we were very appreciative & Brady & Audrey are good little buddies.

Grammy Weedin gave Brady this little chair before he was born for his room & he loves it! It's perfect size for him & he loves calling it "Brady's chair!"

Fun Times at the Cabin!

We spent part of last weekend up at the lake with my folks & Uncle Dusty-which, by the way is what Brady calls him now instead of "DD." The cabin has gotten a major facelift & is babyproofed now & we had a blast!

Father's Day!

We wanted to play golf on Father's Day, but our course was still not allowing carts. So we went for a walk downtown & had a nice lunch. Jeff & Brady also practiced their chip shots in the back yard & we watched the US Open...perfect day for our #1 Daddy! :)

Happy Birthday, Jan!

We went to a fun surprise birthday party for Jan Holmquist last weekend~Brady drank his first pop & was loving it so much we couldn't take it out of his hands for the photo! Luckily the magic show we took him to afterwards was so loud no one could hear his loud burps! Yikes...

This was taken about a year ago & we had kind've forgotten just how chubby he was! :) Thought I would remind everyone...

Beards Are Scary...

For some reason, Brady is very intimidated by beards, so I thought this picture pretty much sums it up! :) This is a photo of Brady with our friend Doug Andrews (http://www.doug-andrews.net/Home.html) a couple of weeks ago when Ramie & Doug were home. This is all Brady would do when he saw Doug...just put his hands up against his face trying to figure out if a beard was growing on his face too! Thanks to Ramie for the picture that had "Beards are Scary" in the subject section of the email. :)

We are having dinner with Ramie & Doug tonight, so we'll see if Brady's opinion of beards has progressed any...

I'm usually not a huge fan of the "socks under sandals" look, but Brady was pulling it off today in his fancy new sandals from Aunt Lez who is in Europe for work!

Brady Camps!

Well, we attempted camping for the first time with Brady & it went great!! We camped with our good friends the Taylors & the Fischers. He was a really good little camper & slept well in the tent. He loved picking up sticks & pointing out all the "biiiig treeees!"
