Dusty & Breanne came over for a quick visit last week & little Olivia could hardly take her eyes off of her uncle! :)

Livvy's First Bottle!

We gave Olivia her first bottle of pumped milk last week & she took it like a champ! Jeff loved feeding her & Brady was able to help too! Hmmm...maybe a date night for Jeff & I in the near future?? :)

So I had to include these~our wonderful Swiss relatives emailed them last week~they were taken on a trip my folks took to visit them in Switzerland a long time ago! I think my folks were in their mid-twenties when these were taken & they just celebrated their 35th Anniversary last week!

Olivia's First Bath!

We gave Livvy her first bath on Sunday night & as you can see, it was a family affair! :) She absolutely loved the bath so that was really fun~her hair has literally doubled in thickness in the past week & was a little curly when she got out of the bath! I tried to show the curls in the bottom pictures, but they didn't turn out very good...we'll see if the curls last!

Jeff had a business dinner one night last week, so Brady & I made our own pizzas! They turned out delicious I must say & we had a lot of fun doing it. :)

Big Brother Hearts Little Sister

I have to brag a bit about my little boy for a minute...he has been such a wonderful big brother to our little Livvy & has really handled this huge transition in his life very, very well. He is very gentle with her & very loving & a big helper to his Mommy! :) We basically had them quarantined from each other while they were sick, but as you can see from these pictures, Brady kept trying to get as close to her as possible! The only setback we've had, is that he was basically potty-trained & has kind of giving that up in the last couple of days...grrr...oh well, we are going to take a time-out & then start again in a few weeks... :)

Aunt Lez Visit!

Aunt Lez was home to visit last week & we had so much fun with her! Unfortunately, both kids were (and still kind of are) pretty sick with a brutal cold...needless to say, I was very thankful she was here & she really helped us out a lot! Brady really misses her & we wish she lived closer!

Olivia's 1 Week Old!

Well, our little Livvy is a week old & couldn't be any more of a sweetheart! She seems to be taking everything in stride & loves watching her big brother play~she is eating really well & we are getting closer to a 3 hour routine so that is good. Both she & Brady have gotten a cold so that is a bummer...the doctor said it is fairly common for babies born during this time of year & because we're breastfeeding, it should shorten the duration. Here are a couple new pics!

She wasn't very happy after we gave her a spit bath...we couldn't stop laughing at her "Don King" hairdo...I happened to have the exact same hairdo as a baby! :)

Welcome, Miss Olivia Kay!

We welcomed our little baby girl, Olivia Kay Weedin, at 7:54 a.m. on Wednesday March 4th! She was born via scheduled c-section & is just as healthy as can be! She was 7 lbs 3 ounces & 21 inches long~she is such a miracle & blessing for our family! Here are some photos from her wonderful arrival, our stay at the hospital & her first meeting with her big brother. :)

Here are some with her big brother! Brady is very good with her & was soooo excited to finally meet her! Because of a RSV outbreak, he couldn't come up to the hospital, so that was a bummer but we've had a wonderful weekend with our family.
