Brady Loses His First Tooth!

Brady lost his first tooth the second week of first grade!  Say that 3 times fast! :)  He was sooooo excited about losing it he promptly lost his 2nd tooth about 3 weeks later.  The tooth fairy brought him $2 for his first tooth and delivered it in a little box with a secret lid...Brady decided the tooth fairy wanted that to be our family's "tooth taxi" and so that's what we're using to put the tooth in when we put it under the pillow.

I tried to post a video of him explaining how he lost his 2nd tooth about 15 minutes after we had put him to bed...or in his words "in the middle of the night" but it wouldn't work...he's got a cute little lisp going without those bottom teeth which is so cute!

Lez, Bryce & Blake came up for a weekend in early September to visit and we had a blast with them!  Blake changes so much every time we see her and we all just love that little baby! :)  We missed seeing Jane but hope to see her soon!

Brady Starts Flag Football!

Brady wanted to play flag football this fall instead of soccer and boy is he loving it! His team is the Saints and they are all K and 1st graders--it is just so cute!  Brady's favorite position so far is Defensive End which Papa is very excited about. :)  Jeff is helping coach which has been really fun.

He's got a pretty good little defensive stance! 

His second game he played quarterback!  Not a lot of passing plays at this age, though! :)

Liv's First Day of Pre-K!

Livvy had her first day of school 2 weeks ago!  She is going 3 mornings a week and just loves it.  She has lots of little buddies there and kinda walks in like she owns the place...:)  I am really trying to cherish our last year before she starts Kindergarten...she and I just love our Girls Days!

Brady's First Day of 1st Grade!

Here are some fun pictures of Brady's first day of school in Mrs. Lakatos class!  He was so excited to have his best buddy, Mason, in the same class as well as a couple other little buddies from his Kindergarten class and our neighborhood.  We are so happy to live just a couple blocks from his school and he has ridden his bike almost every day with Liv and I or with his neighborhood friends--he LOVES the independence! :)
