Summer Livin'

Some fun pictures from the last few weeks--boy have we been taking advantage of our beautiful but SHORT summers in Bozeman!  Pool days, Cabin days, daily bike rides, hikes, picnics, and BBQ's!

Brady had outgrown his bike so we decided it was time to get him a new one!  He is soooo proud of his "gear bike" and honestly that's all the kiddos have really done the last half of the summer...just little ridin' fools!

Thompson Family Visit

The Thompson Family came to visit a couple weeks ago--it was so good to catch up with them and let the kids play!  We love to have them here and just wish we lived a little bit closer!

We all went on a hike up Grotto Falls--unfortunately my camera didn't get many good shots but the kids had a blast

On Sunday we went through the museum and got our picture taken with Big Mike!

The Johnsons and Taylors joined us for a BBQ to catch up with Kev and Rebs and we ended up having the big kids stay for a little sleepover in Livvy's room!  They all did so good and I just loved seeing their sleepy little faces come down the stairs. :)

Tennis Buddies!

The kiddos had their tennis lessons a couple weeks ago and LOVED it!  It was Liv's first year so it was fun to watch her learn and have fun with friends from preschool.  It really is a sport that they both enjoy so I guess that means this mama needs to start lessons too so we can play as a foursome!  Jeff's family are all really good tennis players so the kiddos have good tennis genes on the Weedin side!

Family Camping Trip

We took the kids up camping in July on our 11th anniversary--it was the perfect way to celebrate and we all had so much fun!  The spot was up the canyon at the base of Storm Castle with a little creek running behind it where we could swim and play.  The best part?  It was only 30 minutes from the house! :)

It was about 95 degrees that day so the creek felt pretty good and was very shallow so we didn't worry about the kids!
