Pool Party! {Super Girl Turns 3}

Our little super girl turned the big 3 when we were in Hawaii so we celebrated with a pool party!  Although she is still pretty tiny (still under the 10th percentile for both height & weight) she makes up for it with a pretty big personality! :)  She is still just the sweetest & brightens every single day.  One of my favorite things about my little girl is her ability to show love & affection to her friends & family.  She absolutely adores her big brother (although she can push his buttons a bit too) and she still has Daddy completely wrapped around her little finger.  I overheard her telling Brady how much she loved him in the bathroom this morning and it made my heart swell.  They have a very special bond and it's so much fun to watch.  We have definitely seen more and more "toddler" behavior out of her but thankfully those naughty moments seem to pass pretty quickly.  She loves going to "school" on Wednesday mornings and she loves to be "twins" with her mommy which completely melts me.  Here are some pictures from her pool party birthday bash!

We kept up our tradition of breakfast in bed in Hawaii--cinnamon rolls & fresh fruit!
Sleepy face...

Pretty excited little girl!

We gave her a little hula girl outfit which was received with mixed reviews...she just wasn't so sure about it, but we brought it home & it's going to be fun for those dress up days!

The pool is perfect for the kids!

She wanted pink cupcakes & hotdogs for her party so we grilled right next to the pool!

Showing us how old she was with her fingers...still a little tricky!

She certainly has a flair for the dramatic...here she is licking the candle off! :)

She LOVES her cards!!

Brady trying to show her some hula techniques...

A little impromptu dancing from the birthday girl

Really feelin' it...

**We are settled into our condo, Daddy gets back tonight from being out of town for a business trip in Seattle & also The Masters golf tournament last week (lucky guy!) and my internet is back up and running after being down for a while--SO hopefully we'll get this blog back up and running again! :) **
