Livvy's First Steps!

These are great!! She has been standing on her own quite a bit lately & will take a step or two but today she took it to a whole other level! What a fun Valentine's Day!! :)

Here are some pictures from the last couple of months! We have been staying very busy with fun activities inside & out! Brady still does Sports Bugs once a week at the Ridge, and has been doing swim lessons once a week as well. As many of you know, winters in Bozeman get very long but we have had lots of fun indoors & out! :)

Brady & I have been doing some fingerpainting while Livvy naps in the morning~it's a good way for my little neat freak to loosen up a bit! :)

We've also been to the museum a couple times~Brady loves it & Livvy loves growling at the dinos!

We went to the museum around Thanksgiving with Maddy, Jenny & her dad~Brady enjoyed showing Maddy around the place!

Fun in the Snow!!

Even though it's been quite cold, on the warm days I've tried getting the kiddos outdoors a bit! Livvy is old enough now to enjoy our park a little so we've walked over there a few times.

We took Brady ice skating for the first time a couple of weeks ago~although he didn't do much "skating" per say, he had a blast & was a very good sport about trying it! Livvy rode in the sled behind Jeff or I as we skated as seemed pretty content (as usual.) We went to the same rink that my mom always skated on as a little girl & that us kids learned on so that was fun. Afterwards we warmed up at a coffee shop with some hot chocolate!

Brady has built a couple of snowmen this winter~this one was with Grammy during Cat/Griz!

We've also been sledding a lot~there is a great hill a couple of blocks away! Brady still isn't a HUGE fan, but tolerates it! :)

Basketball Season!

We haven't missed many games this season, so I would have to say that's one of our favorite wintertime activities! We go to both the high school & Bobcat games & the kids seem to enjoy them a lot (especially Brady!) He even gets to give the guys high fives after the game so he loves that!

30th Surprise Birthday in Vegas!!!

Well, it was no secret that I turned 30th this year...it was a secret, however, that my wonderful husband had organized a HUGE weekend-long party down in Vegas with almost 20 friends as a total surprise!!!! I can't even explain how much fun I had~it was truly one of the best weekends of my life! It was just incredibly humbling to see that all of these wonderful friends had flown to Vegas to help me celebrate my 30th...just amazing.

Jeff somehow was able to keep it a complete surprise (I didn't know where we were going until we were getting on our connecting flight in Seattle!) He's been organizing this weekend (with help from my girlfriends) for months now & it's awesome that no one spilled the beans! I was totally excited because I was just sure we were going bowling & doing a pub crawl downtown! :)Grammy & Grampy stayed with the kiddos so that was wonderful~they love them very much.

Anyhoo, THANK YOU to my wonderful friends for helping me celebrate & especially to my husband~he is the best husband anyone could ever ask for. EVER.
