We headed down to Arizona in March and had a fantastic vacation! My folks rented a house in Glendale for the week of spring break & they invited all of us to come down--the house was perfect & we enjoyed every second of that warm weather & sunshine! :)
I think the kiddos spent an average of 4 hours a day in the pool at the house...it was so much fun to watch them in there & it was amazing to watch Liv's swimming skills expode! It was great to spend a bunch of quality time with Uncle EJ down there & we are so excited that we will be spending lots more time with EJ & Jenee as they are moving to Bozeman soon!

Jeff's cousin, Seth & his fiance Betsy live down there & we had so much fun catching up with them! They came to a little BBQ at our house & Seth golfed with us the next day--they are both such sweet people & we loved spending that time with them!

Our dear friends, The Poortingas, live in Scottsdale & we had such a great time with them! A couple dinners out, hanging at their house & a BBQ at our place--we really tried to make the best of our time down there to see them & catch up--they are such good friends & we wish we saw them more!!
Their little girl, Maree is such a doll & really loved the kids, especially Liv. It was fun for Liv to be the "big kid" for once & she was soaking up the attention! :)

Our house was on a man-made lake & it had a little pontoon boat! I wish I had taken more pictures on the boat because we took at least one cruise around the lake every night & it was a highlight.

Jeff had some SF meetings down there the week after spring break so I took the kiddos back home & got them settled with a babysitter & headed back down there for a couple more days!! Amazing!! The kids did great with the sitter & it was wonderful to spend a little adult time with my hubby golfing & spa-ing (is there such a word?) it up!

We stayed at the JW Camelback Inn--one morning Jeff & I went on a little walk & ended up on a little hike above the resort--such a beautiful area!
