24 INCHES OF SNOW

So we got some record-breaking snow today...2 feet of it to be exact! I took the kids out to the yard after their naps this afternoon & we PLAYED & enjoyed the snow...then came in for a toasty fire & hot apple cider!

Pre-Halloween

We got into the Halloween spirit a little early tonight! Our friends, The Thomas Family, brought their kids over to trick or treat because they are going to be gone for Halloween. We decided to give our costumes a try as well! Brady is LOVING his cowboy costume (especially the badge) & Livvy seems to not mind her little pumpkin suit too much...she pretty much goes with the flow most of the time!

Uncle Dusty's Birthday!!

It is Uncle Dusty's birthday today! We went out to his favorite restaurant, Dave's Sushi, last night to celebrate & had a great time! Brady steered clear of the sushi & stuck with a noodle bowl (he tried a California roll a few months ago & didn't like it too much...) We are constantly reminded how well behaved our kids are at restaurants (even those without a kids menu! :)) & feel very lucky!

A Visit to the Pumpkin Patch...Lots of Fall Photos!

Ok, so I went a little overboard on the photos from our trip to the pumpkin patch on Sunday! :) We had a great time & the weather was beautiful!
